The HySGrid + consortium is comprised of AICIA, CARTIF, IKERLAN, ITG and ITE technology centers of excellence for the strategic program on development of Local Energy Communities with a positive net balance, hybrid renewable generation and storage systems.
Spanish technology centers present advanced knowledge in key resources for the development of Local Energy Communities to achieve a positive net balance. The development of the HySGrid + consortium will expand the impact on research activity and consequential results from the main lines of research from each technology center
Technology Partners
The excellence of the HySGrid + consortium is based on the technical capabilities of each technology centers and their current strategy, as well as their objective of increase existing excellence. The HySGrid + consortium is comprised of the Spanish technology centers: AICIA, CARTIF, IKERLAN, ITG and ITE.
ITE
The Technology Institute of Energy (ITE), the coordinating center of the HySGrid + consortium, is an international technology center focused on energy research, created by business initiative and promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV).
CARTIF
CARTIF is a horizontal, private and non-profit Research Institution, whose main mission is providing innovative solutions to the industry to enhance their processes, systems and products, improving their competitiveness and creating new business opportunities.
ITG
ITG is a National Technological Center officially recognized since 2012 by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, Secretary of State for Research, Development and Innovation. Private and located in A Coruña, ITG aims to improve the competitive capacity of companies, organizations and professionals through R + D + i and differential technology.
IKERLAN
IKERLAN is a leading technology center in the transfer of knowledge and in the contribution of competitive value to companies. AICIA
The Association for Research and Industrial Cooperation of Andalusia “F. de Paula Rojas” is an Innovation Center that exclusively seeks the non-profit public interest and whose purpose is to promote, guide, and develop industrial research, with special emphasis on publication and dissemination of its results to promote technological progress in Andalusia and to collaborate for a better professional training for Andalusian Industrial Engineers.
